Thanks for the fast service on our return trip from the SEMA show in Las Vegas NV returning to Connecticut. Trailer lost a wheel bearing at 3:30 in the afternoon, we called and the mechanic was on his way. Came and looked at the axle, gathered old parts and ran to get replacements. Spindle was repaired and brakes/ hub replaced and back on the road by 6:30. Great job

I called Keith for roadside assistance and he was unable to help me due to other commitments. Instead of just leaving it at that, he call a competitor of his and gave him my info. Keith then called me back and said that his competitor would be able to help me. Thank you Keith for going the extra mile!!!

Keith Barnes is great! We had a 13 axle load and we were 145 feet long and 20 wide and can't really choose where we park and Keith did a road call at night and had us ready to roll that next morning. He had to travel several miles to get the parts and he made sure he kept us rolling. He is the nicest guy you can deal with and has great prices. Thanks Keith!
